1.3. By accessing or using our website and services, you (“Customer”, “you”) agree to these T&C. If you do not agree, you must not use our website.

2. Products and Services

2.1. We sell swimwear through our website.

2.2. Our services are primarily targeted at customers in Poland and Europe.

2.3. Customers may checkout as a guest; account creation is optional.

3. Orders, Payments, and Pricing

3.1. Orders are accepted via the website using the payment method Przelewy24.

3.2. Prices are displayed in PLN and include all applicable taxes.

3.3. Order process:

  • Place an order on getsalty.store.

  • Receive an email confirmation immediately after submission.

  • Payment is processed via Przelewy24 at the time of order.

  • Order is prepared for shipping.

  • Customer receives shipping confirmation with tracking details.

3.4. The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of payment issues, suspected fraud, or stock unavailability.

4. Shipping and Delivery

4.1. Shipping is available to Poland and selected European countries.

4.2. Standard shipping is provided by InPost and DPD.

4.3. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and service level.

4.4. Orders are typically dispatched within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation.

4.5. Delivery times vary depending on the carrier and destination but usually range from 2–7 business days within Poland and 5–14 business days within Europe.

4.6. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for courier delays.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

5.1. Return Policy:

  • Customers have 30 days from delivery to return items.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.

5.2. Refund Policy:

  • Refunds are issued in full to the original payment method after receipt and inspection of returned items.

5.3. Order Cancellation:

  • Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled; returns must follow the Return Policy.

5A. Right of Withdrawal (Consumer’s Right to Cancel)

5A.1. In accordance with Polish consumer protection law and the EU Consumer Rights Directive, Customers who purchase as consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

5A.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must send a clear statement (e.g., by email) to the Seller using the contact details provided in Section 1.

5A.3. Customers must return the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day of withdrawal.

5A.4. The Seller will refund all payments received, including the cost of standard delivery, no later than 14 days after being informed of the withdrawal. Refunds will be made using the same payment method unless agreed otherwise.

5A.5. Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that are made to the customer’s specifications, personalized, or used after delivery in a way that makes them unsuitable for return (e.g., hygiene reasons if packaging has been opened).

5B. Complaints

5B.1. Customers have the right to file a complaint if the purchased product is defective, inconsistent with the contract, or damaged.

5B.2. Complaints should be submitted in writing (by email or post) to the Seller’s contact details provided in Section 1, including:

  • order number,

  • description of the defect,

  • preferred method of resolution (repair, replacement, price reduction, refund).

5B.3. The Seller will respond to the complaint within 14 days of receiving it. If no response is provided within this period, the complaint is considered accepted.

5B.4. If the complaint is accepted, the Seller will bear the costs of repair, replacement, or return shipping.

5B.5. Complaints are handled in accordance with Polish consumer law and EU consumer protection regulations.

6. Customer Responsibilities

6.1. You agree not to:

  • Resell products without permission.

  • Use the website for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

  • Interfere with website functionality or security.

6.2. Age Restriction: Customers must be 18 years or older to purchase from the website.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our website.

7.2. We are not responsible for shipping delays, courier errors, or lost packages once an order is handed to the carrier.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These T&C are governed by the laws of Poland.

8.2. Any disputes arising from these T&C or your use of our services will be submitted to Polish courts.

9. Miscellaneous

9.1. We may update these T&C from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.

9.2. If any provision is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these T&C will remain in effect.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

10.1. We process personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

10.2. The Seller is the data controller of Customers’ personal data.

10.3. We collect and process data for the purposes of fulfilling orders, providing customer service, handling returns, and legal compliance.
